Lawrence Kid Picks: Muslim Girls Rock!: Picture Book Edition

Earlier, a coworker created a list about Muslim Boys who rocked. I wanted to create one for girls too! This is a picture book edition of books where young girls who are Muslim are front and center--my home is that young Muslim girls will see themselves in this, and for those of us who aren't part of the Muslim culture and religion, we'll learn to accept, appreciate, and normalize this very special part of our community.
