Family Support Hours
If your family needs support staying afloat, you’re not alone. At O’Connell Children’s Shelter, prevention programs meet families at the first sign of struggle. Their services don't wait for a crisis to happen – the prevention case managers at O’Connell Children's Shelter are there to stop a crisis from happening in the first place.
Case managers from the O’Connell Children’s Shelter will be at Lawrence Public Library to help you learn more about youth and family services in the Douglas County area. For more information, drop in to the library atrium on to chat with someone from the prevention team and learn more about what services you may be eligible for.
