Pages to Panels: Writing Comics w/ LL McKinney

Ever wondered how comics are made? LL McKinney will join us with an informative session on how to write for comics. Named one of The Root’s and BET’s 100 most influential African Americans, LL McKinney, is an advocate for equality and inclusion in publishing, and the creator of the hashtags #PublishingPaidMe and #WhatWoCWritersHear. Her works include the Nightmare-Verse books, Nubia: Real One through DC, Marvel’s Black Widow: Bad Blood, and more.

The session will be followed by a book signing. Books can be purchased at LPL Con from The Raven Bookstore.
