Feminist Fright Fest
Wouldst thou like to live deliciously? Join the Book Squad’s resident horror expert / Spooky Queen and her hapless minion as they watch the 2015 horror classic, The Witch, about an exiled Puritan family living in 1630s New England, plagued by supernatural forces that seem intent on causing them harm. After the screening, there will be a discussion that breaks down and explores the feminist themes shown throughout the occult film.
