In honor of Lee Child's 21th Jack Reacher book (and 2nd movie), here's one fan's completely biased ranking of every title, from best to worst. Check them out @ PCPL!
Reacher #1: The introduction of all things Jack Reacher. Sure, it's the first in the series and an easy choice for the first spot on my list, but it's also awesome.

Reacher #3: This has always been one of my favorites. I like the story, I like Reacher's contemplation of home ownership, and I appreciate originality in my hero's opponents. The bad guy is very, very bad.

Reacher #15: This title came out after my Arizona Wildcats were crushed in the Holiday Bowl by Nebraska, so the story of Reacher pounding on former Cornhusker players made me feel better. (All the Nebraskans I've met are extremely nice people. Unbelievably nice.) Anyways, the storyline is pretty dark, but the pairs of Vegas bad guys bumbling around rural farmland is not to be missed.

Reacher #8: People always ask me, "should I read this one first or should I read them in publication order?". I'd say, I don't think you really need to read it at all. So, when I recommend Lee Child, I always start with Killing Floor.
