Highly recommend this book. Wish I had read it sooner. Real women's stories of how they took off the weight. Some really good exercises (challenging but simple). The book also includes a recipe section. I have tried two already- 4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies and Black Eyed Pea Egg Salad. Both easy and delicious.
