It didn't really speak to me (a 40 something year old guy). There is a specific audience for this book. It's well written and funny in parts, but there are sections about finding the perfect man, feeling sexy in your body, and believing in the cosmic power that things will show up when you need them most. But most importantly, love yourself. I didn't find it very practical at all. But if you are struggling with your own self-confidence and in a lonely place, it may work for you.
