Mister Bud is a dog of routine. He has wake up time, nap time, rest time, dinner time, etc. And everyone knows to follow his schedule.

Then disaster strikes. A stranger comes home at "make a fuss time" and throws everything off! Zorro is little bit bossy and Mister Bud wants nothing to do with him. But when the dogs discover they like the same things (like chasing the cat and napping), everything becomes more fun. As long as everyone follows the schedule.

Oh, dog lovers you are in for a treat. Mr. Bud and his new Pugly housemate are drawn with extraordinary character and facial expressions.

Hilarious storytelling and great illustrations. Pug fans will absolutely adore this one. My 3-yr-old wanted to read this over and over.

My 3 and 5 yr old daughters loved the doggy characters for Mr. Bud and Zorro. We had many running jokes about some of the lines from the book...lots of fun!

Ah, the dog schedule, I love the descriptions of the schedule, very funny!

Great pairing of illustrations and story, from the "lead character designer for Despicable Me". Made me laugh out loud or snicker in several places, especially on the page that says "That was it. That was the schedule. And everybody stuck to the schedule." Mr. Bud's expression is just perfect doggy attitude.
