Good and easy recipes for teenagers. All the foods that they could eat without a fuzz. Loved it.

Easy recipes and mostly familiar foods, although someone may have to buy a few new ingredients like wheat germ (used like a breading) and nutritional yeast (while it sounds weird, it tastes pretty good actually).

The book is very informative but i prefer a cookbook with pictures so this was dull to read. Not to mention it was hard to pick a recipe b/c they mostly sound weird.
