Four twenty minute episodes per disc, with five discs. Much more rapid and more shallow than the original series, relying a lot on connections of puns and metaphors. The faster pace makes it a bit more entertaining.

A reprise and continuation of Burke's prior PBS series of the same title. These episodes are considerably shorter in duration than the PBS version, each about 23 minutes here, which has the undesirable side-effect of making the presentation seem a bit rushed. Still, as a informal walk-through demonstrating the chaotic nature of technological discovery, this series is extremely well-done and remains equally interesting and faithful to the original. Recommended.
