Not my favorite, and I love many of the dvds by this husband/wife team. The subtitle on this one is "for flat abs FAST!" and I prefer a more rounded pilates type workout. Definitely a gentle workout, you're not going to work up a sweat. Each segment (5 x about 10 minutes @ plus stretching at end) can be done separately - some good toning (and you're doing the Pilates type moves that seem to tighten everything up, pull your muscles in, etc.) -- Some arms, some hamstring/glues, but mostly core work. Voiceover the video of the team doing the moves (and variations). Most of their videos, because they are Lotte Burke/Pilates based make me feel like I walk around taller, more pulled in, the rest of the day -- but not this one!
