Everyone knows Sleeping Beauty has to be woken with a kiss, except Prince Charming. Every time the fairies watching over her try to tell him, he interrupts with his ideas of how to wake her. Eventually he gets the message, and his reaction is priceless- 'One hundred years of morning breath Wow! That could be the kiss of death!'

With just as much interactive fun as Falling for Rapunzel (an IRA Notable Book and the winner of Maryland's Black-Eyed Susan Picture Book Award), this fractured fairy tale will elicit laughter that no one will be able to sleep through.

What does it take to wake Sleeping Beauty? Your audience will practically shout "A KISS!" every time, but the clueless prince in this story just doesn't understand. Lots of laughs for older pre-K and younger school age readers!

My 6 year old daughter has started reading books on her own. And this one she likes to read again and again... She giggles so much while reading it. Very good book. Funny book, easy for new readers.

My four-year-old enjoyed reading this book quite a few times. The rhyming is pretty good, it's funny and the illustrations are nice. My daughter didn't like that the prince was doing things that weren't nice, which is why the rating is pretty low. She did enjoy reading it, though.

Review title: What Prince Charming Learned When He Listened.
*Cute & comical. *Good fairy tale for entertaining reading at bedtime or read aloud time. **Seems more for little princesses instead of little princes. **Great for encouraging listening when someone is trying to tell you something instead of trying to guess what the person wants to say to you.
