Gardening tips included! Meet Peggy Lee: part-time forensic botanist, detective's widow, and owner of the Potting Shed, an urban gardener's paradise in downtown Charlotte. While attending a funeral in nearby Badin, Peggy learns of more bad news: a diver performing routine work on the local dam has been found dead. Days later, when a woman's body is recovered from a swimming pool with an unusual plant wound into her hair, the police call Peggy Lee to the scene.

I enjoyed this book from start to finish. Great story and likeable characters. There is lots of info about plants at the beginning of each chapter and gardening tips at the end of the book. A good cozy mystery.
