What saves this book from being another mediocre 2 star high-protein, low-carb super-restrictive, no fruits and almost no vegetables diet, is the before and after pictures and their discussing how they struggled with the diet.

Idiot proof? I don't think so, especially not when even 1 of the authors cheated and lost weight slowly (while lying about it), but an interesting addition to the zone, south beach, and atkins diet books.
