Multi-award-winning, New York Times best-selling duo Mac Barnett and Jon Klassen deliver the final wry and resonant tale about Triangle, Square, and Circle.

This book is about Circle. This book is also about Circle's friends, Triangle and Square. Also it is about a rule that Circle makes, and how she has to rescue Triangle when he breaks that rule. With their usual pitch-perfect pacing and subtle, sharp wit, Mac Barnett and Jon Klassen come full circle in the third and final chapter of their clever shapes trilogy.

My 2.5 year old loves the shapes trilogy, but this one is definitely his favorite. Great for practicing shape recognition and emotional awareness. Cute message in the end

Circle, Square, and Triangle are all friends. They decide to play hide-and-seek. Triangle breaks the rules and goes behind the waterfall in the dark, because he is not afraid. Circle has to go after him and both end up getting a little scared.

The Barnett/Klassen team does it again! This latest installment in their "Shape Trilogy" is--as expected--witty, funny and endearing. Circle wants to play hide-and-seek with her friends, Triangle and Square--but please, no hiding behind the waterfall (it's dark back there)! Find out what happens when they have to go behind the waterfall to face their fears. And also read their other fabulous books, such as Sam & Dave Dig a Hole AND Extra Yarn.

Like all of Barnett and Klassen's shape books, "Circle" is a little weird but a lot of fun. When Triangle decides to break the one rule of their game of hide-and-seek, Circle goes looking for him and learns a lesson on being more considerate to others while we are teased that are other shapes the three friends could play with.
