The new story follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah. When these ancient super-species, thought to be mere myths, rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity's very existence hanging in the balance.

THE CRITICS KNOW NOTHING!!!!! First they say Godzilla 2014 is too boring, then they say Godzilla: King of the Monsters has too much action. Do they just hate fun or what?! Godzilla: KotM is full of monster action. Each new location has either a monster present, like in the beginning where we get introduced to Titanus Mosura (aka Mothra), or has two or more monsters duking it out in much more cooler, and more visisbly stunning battles, just like how Titanus Gojira (aka Godzilla) have his first on screen fight with Titanus Ghidorah (aka King Ghidorah). The other monsters, or Titans like how the movie puts them, were great side characters were great ways to make the world of this movie more larger. They were very creativly made to, like how Titanus Behemoth was a giant sloth with mammoth tusks, or Titanus Scylla had spider like legs and a egg shapped head in the middle. Very creative. Of course, it would seem strange how I do not mention the human characters that were the main focus of the film. They were fine if you have to ask me. It was great seeing that one part where Mark Russel was trying to get his wife and duaghter to join him, who may I mention he has not seen in years, only to have them betray him and unleash Titanus Ghidroah. The villain Alan Jonah was an okay bad guy. He did want the Titans to ravage the earth for the sack of bringing life back the planet, but other then that, he was just not that relatable. He did not have a chard past or some deeper reason why he wants to do what he is doing in the movie. But besides these little setbacks, Godzilla KotM is ground breaking monster flick, which makes the Kaiju fans proud. 8.2/10 stars

Each movie Godzilla is getting bigger and bigger. The faceoff against King Kong should be coming soon. While we wait Godzilla fighting against other big monsters is always cool. Only Godzilla could turn Boston into Chernobyl and be a hero in the end.

This is kinda odd but sometimes I like this and sometimes I like this movie. I guess it depends on your mood.

I really couldn't even tell you what this movie was about. I think Godzilla was involved, but also he was asleep. I don't know.
Don't bother, just boring.

"Overall, I enjoyed this movie because of the Titans. There are a lot of cool shots and the action is fun when you can see it. The designs of the Titans are some of my favorite bits of the movie because they just look so cool. I would watch a video of just the Titans coming out of their resting places and moving across the world lol. The acting in the movie by the actors is also just fine. However, the story was whack, the characters were annoying and it’s too dark to really enjoy the action as much as I would have liked too. The screen can still be dark and smoky but visible. I think it’s a fun movie, nothing too special unless you’re just here for the Titans, which I’m sure most viewers are."

I'm sure the ones they left out are being dusted off for the trilogy, as they branch this from KONG, SKULL ISLAND, in the most generous of associations.
Excellent effects, a "World Wide" cast, and the heavy handed philosophy of "Nature in Balance"; really they only missed the musical number, instead dropping in more current trends there; but coming back with the classic horn sting for the star themself. Almost good enough to go back to KONG to see if you can catch any easter eggs there...
Did I mention the "hollow Earth" angle? hmmmMIB See it before Trump blocks it for the communist subliminal messages Zhang Ziyi is broadcasting with her pixie cut... rrrwoar

Well, I was glad I watched it. Very much a fantasy so lots of fantasy about everything. Some dragged out moments, and some changes in decisions scenes without explanation--just a sudden change in editing. So, you guess the why of it. And as long as folks want to watch films about "an end to earth" possibility, production companies will keep making them.
