Add a CommentGot halfway through and then gave up on it. Some romance novels are light, fluffy AND interesting (and well written). This one is not.
what a waste of time....
Smartly written contemporary romance featuring an English professor as the main character. An old flame becomes the new president of her college, while she must juggle trying to get published and taking care of her aging father. Light, witty and a quick read.
This is a great updated version of Persuasion, with the academic twist - a fantastic beach read, or a lovely fluffy weekend read.
