If you like Karen Kingsbury, you will like this. It is very much her style. Though I liked the first book in this two part series fairly well, I ended this book very annoyed. I think readers come away with the idea that if you trust in God you will have a good life and He will fix all of your problems THIS IS NOT TRUE! So that bugged me a lot! But that's just me, I'm a little more critical than others. But a good, light read nonetheless.
