VERY GOOD 2006 film with all black cast, directed by Bryan Barber who is typically a music video producer.
Interesting film, with many elements. I've never heard hip hop group Outkast - and some of those contributing elements were a miss with me - but overall, it's a well produced film with lots of enjoyable material: small town Georgia saloon shenanigans, whack gangster doings, romances, Prohibition elements, fun animated comic bits like the talking rooster on his flask, and big stage dance numbers. Glad I gave it a watch.

All singing, all dancing and some gangsters with costumes of my favorite period. It doesn't get any better

A brilliant musical number by Outkast: a man wakes up to sing in a room full of cuckoo clocks. Sublime!
