It's 'veggie-mania' in Wallace and Gromit's neighborhood. The two enterprising friends are cashing in with their humane pest-control outfit, "Anti-Pesto." With only days to go before the annual Giant Vegetable Competition they find that their business is booming. They come to find out that running a "humane" pest control outfit can have its drawbacks. Suddenly, a large and mysterious veg-ravaging "beast" begins attacking the town's sacred vegetable plots at night. The competition hostess, Lady Tottington, commissions Anti-Pesto to catch the beast and save the day. But Victor Quartermaine would rather shoot the beast and secure the position of local hero - not to mention Lady Tottington's hand in marriage.

I guess this is a good kind of stupid? I apologize, but this kind of humor does Not tickle my funny bone.

This is one of my all time favorite movies. The bunnies alone are enough to watch this movie, but there is so much more! The film is charming, witty, touching, and a visual treat.

Hilarious!
I especially liked it when Wallace, yes! WALLACE turned into a were rabbit, the thing that was eating the vegitables! And WALLACE was trying to solve the case!

Brilliantly demented. An animated film that will appeal to kids and adults alike, and much more appealing then most of the animated work done these days, which tends to lean towards seeming cool but will end up looking really dated with time. Wallace is delightfully foolish, and Gromit is one of the finest animated characters ever created.

This is a charming, perfect film, but don't take my word for it. When I saw it in the theatre, the little boy in front of me was standing on his seat, waving both arms at the floating bunnies. Floating bunnies!
