The stories were interesting and added to the main storyline of the lunar chronicles. I especially recommend the last story, it's amazing

It was OK, but I'll admit I was a little disappointed that the wedding was Scarlet and Wolf's instead of Cinder's. Worth reading if you liked the series though.

I thought I was done after 'Winter' but oh well... some cute prequel short stories only minorly adding to the original story, 'The Little Android' wasn't good. I think the only one I actually liked was 'The Mechanic' but who knows... I've forgotten the beginning ones already. The wee epilogue was cute, but very girly giggly, slight cringing.

THIS SERIES IS AWESOME! I loved the books leading up to this one, and I wasn't sure if this was going to be good or not, but it was surprisingly good! First of all, I LOVE the title, 'Stars Above', which references the common saying occasionally said throughout the other books. After reading what this book was called, I didn't even read what it was above before I put it on hold. Best. Title. Ever. I also LOVED the characters in this book and series! Though there are a lot of characters, they all have separate backgrounds and personalities with no overlaps! Can't wait to read more of Marissa Meyer's writing soon! <3

Good collection of short stories about our favorite characters from the series. The last story was the best.

After finishing the last story, I was crying...with happiness? I know it seems crazytown, but I just love these characters so much! I want this series to continue forever and all the main couples to get happy ending stories. My favorite unusual story was The Little Android, as it had almost nothing to do with any of the main characters, yet was poignant and captivating. My absolute favorites were last two, The Mechanic and Something Old, Something New. I think our main 10 characters would be perfect for that bff house row that's always trending on social media...

Note: livieb17's review below is basically spot on.

This novella bind up was so amazing. Everything that I was hoping it would be, so I am going to do individual reviews for each novella.

The Keeper:4 stars I really like getting to read about Michelle, and her secret romance.

Glitches: 4 stars-I found this very helpful in understanding Cinder's life when she first came to live with her adoptive family. Very short, but definitely enjoyable.

The Queen's Army: 5 stars-I really loved getting to see this side of Wolf. I will admit though, that this story was very emotional, and I am not even exaggerating when I say that it had me crying on the first page.

Carswells guide to being Lucky: 3 stars-I was really looking forward to reading more about Thorne, but for some reason, I found him to be really annoying in this novella. Everything that he did was so in character, but I just really didn't like him.

After Sunshine Passes By:2 stars- I think that I just didn't like this because it was boring. This is a novella about how Cress ended up on the satellite. I was really excited to read this, but now I am thinking that the story just didn't need to be told. It does talk about how she ended up there a bit in the books, and this just went into a bit more detail. So I don't really think it was necessary for this story to be told.

The Princess and the Guard: 5 stars- I wasn't really looking forward to this novella, but now that I have read it, I have to say that I absolutely loved it. It started when Winter was 4 and ended when she was 13. So it goes over quite a bit of time, but it was still so good. But also, warning (not spoiling anything) this was so sad. I don't exactly want to go into details why, but I was very close to tears several times. I especially liked reading about Winter and Jacin, because I felt that we didn't get to spend enough time with them in Winter because of everything that was going on. So I just got to know Winter a lot better, which I really loved.

The Little Android: 4 stars- At first, I thought that this was about Iko, but it actually isn't which makes so much more sense. But this novella was so beautifully written, and Marissa Meyer related it so much to The Little Mermaid. A lot more than I was expecting, but I loved it, even though it had a sad ending.

The Mechanic: 5 stars- I think my favorite perspective to read from is Cinder. Second favorite is Kai, so when I heard about this novella, I was super excited, and it did not disappoint. You get to see Kai's first impression of Cinder (Which I love), and Kai even admits in this novella that he thought Cinder was pretty!!! (Even though she had a grease splotch on her forehead) So much more evidence that they are meant to be. Kismet!!

Something Old, Something New: 5 stars -Marissa's characters stole my heart from the first page of Cinder. After finishing Winter, I thought I had gotten my heart back. But reading this novella, totally shredded my heart up in more ways than one. At first I was so upset, and I was crying because I was so mad that Marissa did that (you know what I mean if you've read it), and then I came to terms with it all, and kept reading for the sake of it and thank goodness. In the end, I was crying (yes again) not for bad reasons, but because I was so happy. But really, I will not be able to live without another book about my Emperor Kai. He is so amazing, and there must forever be more pages that discuss his uncanny hotness.

Coarse Language: There is probably cussing, because there was in the others. Just letting you know.

Sexual Content: Well in the beginning it tells Scarlets grandmas story and I would advise for any one who reads it to just skip it. Also Cinder and Kai pretend to be married, and it's just wrong, and weird.
