Annie Darling is thrilled at the opportunity to visit the luxurious private island estate of wealthy Jeremiah Addison with her hubby, Max. Unfortunately, Addison won't be there to greet them since he is quite dead. Evidence suggests that the despised curmudgeon's death was no accident, and his sister-in-law has invited back everyone who was in attendance during the victim's last weekend - as well as sleuth Max Darling, there to uncover the killer.

16th in The Death on Demand series. Reminded me a little of Agatha Christie's "And then there were none" and her Tommy and Tuppence stories. Recommended for cosy mystery readers who don't find idyllic marriages too sweet or unbelievable.
