The first story follows Isabelle "Dizzy" Cordova, a woman who just finished a jail sentence after she was framed for a shooting in her neighborhood. She tries to cope with the loss of her husband and baby, both who died is a sudden drive by. We are introduced to Agent Graves, a man who tells very little about himself and what he represents, but gives Dizzy a briefcase containing evidence of who killed her family and a gun with 100 rounds of untraceable bullets. As Dizzy tries to figure out the situation around her, she finds herself in the midst of a bigger network of corruption. In the second story, we are introduced to Lee, a broke and depressed man working at a broken-down bar after being framed for possession of child pornography. Because of that incident, Lee lost everything in his life: his wife and kids, his money, his success, his reputation and dignity. Agent Graves appears in Lee's bar and offers him a briefcase containing information about who framed him as well as a gun with 100 untraceable bullets. Lee tries to find the perfect time to exact revenge...
In the last short episode, we are briefly introduced to a Ms. Bugs who comes to the police office to admit to a murder. She explains that an Agent Graves gave her a case with the stuff she needed to exact revenge on someone. This last story gives the readers a short glimpse of a more sinister side of Agent Graves.
