Eating Well has remained my favourite food magazine for almost a decade and I'm pleased that the editors have released such a comprehensive collection of healthy and simple recipes.
The book relies on various maxims such as "add more fruits and vegetables," "try meatless proteins" and "make cooking fun" and it includes many great tips and techniques that even expert cooks can appreciate. Finally, the authors have included ideas for menu planning and budgeting, emphasizing the importance of eating seasonally.
Containing recipes for drinks, breakfast, appetizers, soups, salads, mains and desserts, this cookbook certainly deserves a spot on the most accessible shelf.
