A collection of stories for the wall crawler, this volume has its ups and downs. Writers Roger Stern and Tom DeFalco, who write the first two stories, have a lot of history with Spider-Man and an understanding of what makes him tick, even with the current status quo for the character. Their stories work well, and they are both backed up by artists whose work is right for the subject. The last story, however, hurts the collection, and it's mostly because of the art, which is frankly childish.
