I feel like this movie thought that it was onto something with its debut, by having it be about a celebrity trying to get married, who hires a fake bride to distract the paparazzi away from her. The character performances were honestly quite sad and the story-line was loose with no clear structure. I felt like things could have easily been so improved if the actors just seemed more interested in their roles. I would rate this movie 2.5/5 stars and recommend it to those who are willing to give the movie a chance despite its downfalls and setbacks.

This rom-com takes place on a tiny Scottish island. The people are odd and the plot is fun. You'll want to visit Haig Island. Don't miss the haunted bathroom if you go.

A delightful light hearted movie with a perfect blend of brilliant wit and silliness!
If you're like me and are just tired of all the bad language and pointless sex scenes in movies, then you will find this one fun and refreshing! The plot may be predictable, but the humour catches you off guard.
Lots of giggles!

I am a huge doctor who fan, so naturally I am a huge David Tennant fan, and I was looking for movies with him to watch and as soon as I saw the trailer for this one I knew it was something I had to watch. It was a wonderful romantic comedy, which had some really sweet moments. I thought all the characters did really well and I especially thought Alice Eve did very well. She's not outstandingly beautiful but she is such a good actress and in her own way, she is very beautiful. That's what I liked about this movie, it was a simple love story. David, as usual, was gorgeous.

A delightful movie for those rainy nights, with a bowl of popcorn or ice cream. A rom-com that is predictable yet original. Set in a small Scottish village in the northern Hebrides. "One chapter is enough".

charming and very funny ... elements borrowed from classic screwball comedies ... definitely worth watching!

Funny & sweet comedy romance, apparently based on the screwball romances of the past. Kelly MacDonald is one of my favorite actresses, and I was happy to see her in the lead, and to see rural Scotland as the setting.

The movie started out interesting, but it became predictable and the residents of Hegg became silly characters and not real people, with the exception of Kelly's mother. But if you are looking for something light-hearted and kind, this is a good movie.
