Very disappointing. Harris has thrown out story and character study. Way too much sex--and way too graphic sex for this to be a teen book. Sookie not only vividly describes her sexual encounters, she is consumed with lust for every…

After reading my first Sookie Stackhouse novel, I admit I got a little obsessed so I powered through three more in the last two weeks. I'm still not quite in the know about everything in Season 4 of True Blood so I'm sticking to my…

This is the first book in the series to really hook me, though of course you have to go into it knowing to expect a fun story, not "great literature." It's awesome to see a new side of Eric, and I always enjoy seeing what new supernatural…

This is my favorite book thus far in the series. I love all of these characters. I don't necessarily like Ms. Harris's wording all the time, but the plots are just great. So exciting, and this was the best one yet!

Book #4. Probably my favorite! The bold, brazin, leader vampire Eric has been struck with a curse in the form of amnesia and ends up running by Sookie's home in very little clothing with no clue of who she is, or himself. Sookie ends up…

One of my favorite books in the series. I love the Sookie/Eric relationship. I love seeing the kinder, gentler, more human side of Eric. Although I love it best when he is himself. It is a nice change of pace. Great book...Great…

So far, I've enjoyed Dead to the World the most out of the Southern Vampire Mysteries. I love both Eric and Alcide and am glad that they received a little more of the spotlight this time around. I also appreciated the relative lack of Bill…

Of all the Stackhouse books, this one is my far-and-away favorite! It's so awesome to see a different side to Eric and to let Sookie explore that side of him. I hope this book makes it into the TV series as it didn't take them but three…

Of all the Vampire romances I have read, Sookie Stackhouse and her world of Supes (Supernaturals) are my favourites. Sookie herself is adorable - typical American blonde, beautiful figure, slight frame but her ability to read minds has…

A humourous take on the supernatural world. Sookie is a loveable character who's having a run of bad luck where her relationships with vampires are concerned!
