Events › Field Trip: Asparagus Picking at Pendleton's

Join us for a fun morning trip to nearby Pendleton’s Farm Market. Our visit includes a tractor ride, a tour of the high tunnels and the greenhouse, picking a little asparagus or fresh lettuce, purchasing bedding plants or a beautiful potted arrangement, a visit to the farm store, and undoubtedly a story or two from happy farmers Karen and John.

We’ll be there from 10:00 AM till 11:30 AM. Our group is limited to 20. The cost of the tour is $7, but you get to select a jar of salsa, jam, or pickles to take home. What’s not to like? See you there!
