The sustainably minded folks from Vinland Valley Nursery will walk us through creating beautiful and pollinator-friendly gardens for beginners. While you’re picking up some locally grown fresh produce at Cottin’s Farmers Market, stop by and see some examples of ideal host plants for wildlife and ask the experts about how to get started planting for pollinators. The library’s outreach van Dottie will join as well with free native plant seeds from LPL's Seed Library and plenty of gardening books you can check out on the spot!
